I am taking a Criminal Justice class this semester (which I admit, I haven't attended very regularly). We are required to read a book called Picking Cotton and write a paper...typical. Luckily, the criminal justice system interests me enough that I decided to take a stab at it. I do quite enjoy reading when I get a good book. I purchased the book and began to read. I started Thursday and finished this afternoon (only having read a page yesterday). That is how good this book was. ANYWAY. I highly recommend it, especially if you are at all interested in the criminal justice system (and you'd probably enjoy it even if you aren't interested in CJ...just sayin.) Here is the trailer:
